Job Description

This is a remote, part-time role for a Level 1 Technician providing end-user IT support. Responsibilities include resolving Outlook problems, website issues, malware cleanup, printer problems, and other common technical issues. The technician will handle calls and tickets, remoting into client systems as needed. Training is provided, and the role operates primarily on US Eastern time with flexible scheduling once established.

Location: Remote (US Eastern time zone hours)
Job Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week, flexible schedule)
Compensation: Hourly rate to be specified by candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Level 1 technical support tickets
  • Resolve end-user issues including Outlook problems, website issues, malware cleanup, and printer problems
  • Take incoming calls and manage support tickets
  • Remote into client systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with larger team as needed

Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken English and strong overall communication skills
  • Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps up/down
  • Windows computer
  • Headset for calls
  • Prior IT support experience preferred but training provided
