• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all company flight operations
• Work closely with pilots, ground operations, maintenance, and air traffic services
• Ensure each flight is properly prepared, supported, and tracked from departure to arrival

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Diploma or Degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in flight operations, dispatch, or airline operations control (preferred)
• Experience with flight planning software and operational control systems
• Valid Flight Dispatcher License for Challenger and Hawker
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, aircraft performance, and operational procedures
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, especially under pressure
• Effective communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in flight operations software and MS Office tools
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
