A family or care organization is seeking a compassionate, patient, responsible, and professionally trained Special Needs Care Assistant to provide dedicated live-in care and support to an individual with special needs. The organization is committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

• Provide compassionate daily care and support to the individual.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities where required.
• Support routines, mobility, meals, and other day-to-day needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in behaviour, health, or general wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment.
• Follow care instructions and established routines.
• Work respectfully with family members and other professionals involved in the individual's care.

• Relevant training or experience in special needs care, disability support, caregiving, nursing, social care, or a related field.
• Previous experience caring for a person with special needs is highly desirable.
• Patient, compassionate, trustworthy, responsible, and emotionally mature.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to work as a live-in caregiver.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity and privacy of the individual.
• Basic First Aid or healthcare training is an advantage.
