Successful candidates will undergo training and gradually take on customer communication, repayment support, and administrative responsibilities. Prior job experience is an added advantage.

• Make follow-up calls and communicate professionally with customers
• Assist in negotiating repayment plans and updating payment options
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, payments, and customer feedback
• Support execution of debt recovery strategies
• Prepare simple reports on collections progress
• Perform light administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, and Legal
• Update customer information and account status on company systems
• Participate in training and gradually assume assigned duties

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in any discipline
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must own a smartphone
