- Established network among Nigerian authorities, agencies, oil and gas contacts, or proven ability to build one quickly.
- Willingness to travel frequently and move between government offices and agencies across Abuja and wider country.
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in government liaison, regulatory affairs, or compliance.
- Background in shipping, oil and gas, logistics, or related sector is highly preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organization and time management for tracking multiple approvals and deadlines.
- Clear, credible written and verbal communication with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
