• Assist in planning and coordinating daily truck dispatch and haulage operations.
• Monitor vehicle movements and provide real-time updates to customers and management.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and route compliance.
• Prepare and maintain trip schedules, delivery notes, waybills, invoices, and logistics documentation.
• Monitor truck availability, turnaround time, and overall fleet utilization.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all fleet documentation is current.
• Resolve operational issues including delivery delays, breakdowns, and customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Liaise with customers, transport partners, and internal departments for service excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in logistics, haulage, fleet management, transportation, or operations.
• Good understanding of haulage operations, dispatch coordination, and fleet management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of major road networks within Lagos and across Nigeria is an added advantage.
