We are a fast-growing haulage and logistics company providing reliable transportation, fleet management, and supply chain solutions across Lagos, Ogun State, and nationwide routes. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Operations Officer to manage and optimize our daily transport operations.

The Operations Officer will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily haulage operations, ensuring on-time deliveries, safety compliance, and excellent customer service.

Industry: Haulage, Transport & Logistics
Locations: Lagos / Ogun State, Nigeria

• Plan and coordinate daily truck dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Monitor fleet movement and provide immediate support where necessary.
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of consignments.
• Ensure compliance with road safety, axle load, port, and transport regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
• Handle client communication, delivery updates, and issue resolution.
• Investigate and document incidents, delays, and accidents.

• HND / BSc in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience in haulage, transport, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of Lagos & Ogun Road networks and industrial routes (not compulsory but advantageous).
• Experience managing truck drivers and fleet operations will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Nigerian transport regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to drive will be a great advantage but not compulsory.
