Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics Staff member to join our team in Abuja. The role involves handling client documentation, sales promotions, and account reconciliations, requiring a versatile blend of administrative, financial, and logistical skills.

  • Job Location: Abuja, Nigeria
  • Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦90,000 monthly (inclusive of one-room accommodation)

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Compliance Skills

  • Loyal and confidential personnel with ability to supervise, maintain discipline, and handle logistics errands.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high accuracy in documentation to avoid delays, audit inspection for regulatory breaches, or financial errors.

2. Accounts Reconciliation & Financial Skills

  • Experience matching bank statements against company accounts, resolving discrepancies, and identifying missing or duplicate transactions.
  • Ability to handle invoicing, credit control, VAT return, audit skills, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Software proficiency: knowledge of accounting records (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) or intermediate Microsoft Excel skills or Google Suites is an added advantage.

3. Sales Promotion & Operational Support

  • Generate sales plans with documentation, track promotional materials, and coordinate product releases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to generate new markets and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Ability to manage relationships with staff and all stakeholders, ensuring discipline and loyalty to management to ensure plans and goals are met.

4. General Logistical & Soft Skills

  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks, audit checks, and reporting while managing documentation deadlines.
  • Ability to make quick decisions to resolve logistical disputes.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances or last-minute changes.
