• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in lubricant or petroleum product sales in Nigeria
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian lubricant distribution network and market dynamics
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to travel extensively across Nigeria
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
