• Build core ML systems powering proactive, long-horizon AI products
• Own the full ML lifecycle including data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration
• Transform research concepts into production-grade systems with high reliability
• Debug model failures and system issues using real-time production signals
• Ship features quickly, measure outcomes, refine based on feedback, and repeat
• Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering teams
• Mentor and review code from other ML engineers to raise technical standards
• Operate under strict production constraints regarding latency, cost, reliability, and safety

• Proven experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users
• Strong understanding of modern ML model behavior and failure modes in production
• Ability to write production-quality code with systems-level thinking rather than scripting
• Independent ownership mindset capable of driving projects to completion
• Fast learner with clear communication skills and iterative approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Experience with PyTorch or JAX frameworks
• Familiarity with GPU-based training and inference systems
• Track record of measurable improvements in ML systems based on real-world signals
