- OND or HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years experience in an administrative or maintenance support role
- Basic knowledge of maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an added advantage
- Record keeping and documentation skills
- Data entry and reporting skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication and coordination skills
- Basic technical understanding of maintenance processes
Working Conditions
- Office and factory environment
- May require occasional movement within production areas
- Standard working hours (may vary based on production needs)
