Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee assets, manage contractors, ensure safety compliance, optimize budgets, and maintain reliable operations across retail stations, LPG facilities, and offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising routine and non routine maintenance activities across retail fuel stations, LPG plants, head office facilities, and administrative buildings. The role ensures asset reliability, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and safe working environments.

Required Skills

  • Engineering degree required with 7—10 years' experience, including supervisory roles in downstream oil, LPG, or asset-intensive environments.
  • Strong knowledge of station equipment, LPG systems, utilities, and buildings.
  • Proven preventive maintenance leadership, HSE compliance, contractor oversight, and technical interpretation skills.
  • Experience with CMMS reporting, coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Relevant certifications such as COREN, OEM training, or trade credentials preferred.
