Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is hiring a Maintenance Lead to oversee and lead the maintenance team. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of factory equipment, reducing downtime, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. The position is based in Awka, Anambra.

· Location: Awka, Anambra
· Experience: 5+ years in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
· Education: HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
· Application Deadline: 15th April, 2026

· Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
· Diagnose and resolve faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
· Ensure all factory equipment operates at peak efficiency to support production goals.
· Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
· Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
· Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
· Prepare regular maintenance reports for management.

· HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
· 5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
· Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
· Hands-on experience with troubleshooting industrial machines & automation systems.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a maintenance team.
