Key Responsibilities

  • Support office HR operations, administration, and compliance protocols.
  • Draft field contract agreements and manage SLAs with multi-country vendors and consultants.
  • Coordinate field-team deployment logistics, including security clearances, travel mechanics, and per-diem disbursements.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and screening of regional field managers, translators, and data collectors.
  • Contribute to institutional compliance documents, corporate writing, and staffing matrices for international donor bids (e.g., World Bank, USAID, FCDO).

Required Skills

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, French Language, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and project organization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational details, risk management, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital coordination tools.
  • Proficiency or moderate comfort with AI productivity tools is highly advantageous.
  • Professional working proficiency or fluency in French is highly advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Abuja-based candidates are strongly preferred.
