- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, French Language, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and project organization skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational details, risk management, and vendor coordination.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital coordination tools.
- Proficiency or moderate comfort with AI productivity tools is highly advantageous.
- Professional working proficiency or fluency in French is highly advantageous but not compulsory.
- Abuja-based candidates are strongly preferred.
