The Manager, Relationship (Mandarin Speaking) will conduct comprehensive needs analysis for clients, manage portfolios to maximize revenue while minimizing risk, and provide exceptional service by educating clients on self-service channels and addressing inquiries promptly within the organisation’s Business & Commercial Banking segment.

• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for new and existing clients to identify specific financial requirements
• Develop and implement structured contact management programs for proactive client engagement
• Manage client portfolios to maximize revenue generation while balancing profitability and satisfaction
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and maintain detailed call reports regularly
• Educate clients on self-service channel benefits and relevant account terms and conditions
• Address client requests, complaints, and applications promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal specialists including Credit, Product, Wealth, Compliance, Risk, and O&M teams
• Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain accurate records per bank guidelines
• Manage credit and operational risks effectively across assigned portfolio

• B.Sc. in Social Science or related field (Master's degree and professional certifications are an added advantage)
• Fluent Mandarin speaking ability is mandatory
• 1 to 2 years general banking experience
• 2 to 4 years experience in Research and Development or Strategy formulation and execution
• Strong business analysis planning and monitoring capabilities
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, management, communication, and analysis
• Ability to document facts, generate ideas, establish rapport, and examine information critically
• Excellent team working skills for cross-functional collaboration
