We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, vendor management, and team operations for our growing clean energy business.

Develop and execute logistics & distribution strategies.
Manage national/international shipments and 3PL partners.
Oversee warehouse operations across multiple locations.
Implement and optimize WMS/ERP systems for real-time inventory visibility.
Improve warehouse layout, material flow, and compliance.
Track vendor performance, negotiate SLAs, and drive cost efficiency.
Manage budgets, build dashboards, and report key logistics metrics.
Lead and develop the warehouse & logistics team.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Procurement & Sales to support operations and project rollouts.
 

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
5+ years experience in logistics & warehouse management
Certifications: CILT, APICS, or PMP (required)

Strong leadership, data analysis, WMS/ERP proficiency
Experience in renewable energy / manufacturing is a plus
HSE knowledge/certification preferred
