The Marketer will be the company's boots on the ground — an energetic, street-smart professional who takes the brand directly to the market. This is an active, field-oriented role focused on building visibility, generating leads, and bringing the company's story to clients, prospects, and communities within Nigeria's downstream oil and gas sector.

· Job Location: Lagos (On-site)
· Reports to: Business Development Manager
· Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000
· Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, sales, or field promotions

· Field Marketing & Direct Market Engagement: Actively represent the company in the field by visiting clients, prospects, petrol stations, and industry locations to promote products and services. Gather insights, leads, and relationships from market activities.
· Brand Visibility & Promotions: Execute on-the-ground brand activation and promotional activities to raise visibility. Coordinate branded materials, signage, giveaways, and activations at events, petrol stations, and industry gatherings.
· Social Media & Digital Content: Manage the company's social media presence, creating and posting engaging content that showcases activities, values, and offerings, including photography, short videos, and updates from the field.
· Lead Generation & Client Prospecting Support: Support lead generation activities by identifying prospects, gathering market intelligence, and making initial contact with potential clients or partners.
· Marketing Collateral & Communications: Support the development and distribution of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and email communications, ensuring they are current and professional.
· Events & Industry Engagement Support: Assist in planning and executing participation in industry events, trade fairs, and networking engagements, including logistics, booth setup, client hospitality, and post-event follow-up.

· Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of marketing, sales, or field promotion experience. Entry-level candidates with strong drive and relevant internship experience will be considered.
· Some familiarity with Nigeria's oil and gas or downstream sector is an advantage.
· Comfortable working in the field and representing the company in client-facing situations.
· Basic proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn).
· Required Skills: High energy, self-starter attitude, confident and personable, good communication and presentation skills, creative with an eye for compelling visuals and messaging, organized, and a team player.
