The Marketer will present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers, perform cost-benefit and needs analysis, establish and maintain positive business relationships, reach out to customer leads through cold calling, expedite resolution of customer problems, achieve sales targets, coordinate sales efforts, and analyze market potential.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.

• HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a finance company, microfinance bank, fintech, or related financial institution.
• Strong marketing, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
