We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketer to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Reports To: Management

• Drive sales and customer acquisition through direct and strategic marketing activities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
• Provide regular activity and performance reports

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must be based on or willing to work on Lagos Island
• Must own a car (mandatory)
• Familiarity with the Lagos business environment is an advantage

Remuneration
• Base Salary (Fixed Monthly Pay)
• Commission-Based Earnings (performance-driven)
