They are seeking results-driven marketers to connect them with clients who need high-quality visual assets, operating on a pure performance-based model where compensation is tied directly to booked sessions.

• Identify and pitch potential clients needing studio, lifestyle, or brand video/photo content.
• Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups using existing social/professional networks.
• Articulate the value proposition of professional visual content to prospective buyers.
• Link qualified leads directly to Zankaeffect for shoot execution and delivery.
• Work independently without hand-holding or mandatory daily check-ins.
• Close sales by focusing on outcomes rather than just service features.
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity through proactive networking.
• Represent the brand professionally in all external communications.

• Existing network (social, professional, or industry) ready for pitching (Essential).
• Understanding of basic sales principles: cold outreach, follow-up, closing.
• Ability to converse confidently about photography/video value and outcomes.
• Self-starter mindset with capacity to work autonomously.
• Experience in fashion, events, real estate, branding, or influencer sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills tailored to B2B and B2C visual service sales.
• Resilience and persistence in commission-only environments.
