• Support the development and execution of communication and media plans, including implementation, monitoring, and performance analysis of marketing activities
• Assist in executing brand, customer experience, and loyalty initiatives that strengthen brand equity, increase online engagement and sales, drive revenue growth, and reinforce top-of-mind awareness
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for production, delivery, and inventory management of marketing collaterals
• Support planning and execution of integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Contribute to lead-generation initiatives to support sales performance, revenue growth, and sustained brand awareness
• Support and strengthen the Company's brand identity through consistent internal and external communications, media presence, and adherence to brand guidelines

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels under pressure
• Proactive, resourceful, and efficient with high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills
• Outgoing, organized, dependable, detail-oriented
• Ability to appropriately prioritize work and manage time punctually
• Ability to produce high-quality work under strict deadlines
• Familiarity with latest trends, technologies, and methodologies relevant to branding
• Strategic and inventive thinker
