About the Company
Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, organised Marketing Assistant to support the founder and brand manager in scaling content output and audience engagement across platforms. This is a part-time, freelance role for someone who cares about good content, is organised, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities
Content Operations
- Post content across platforms on schedule, maintaining consistency.
- Monitor the publishing calendar and flag gaps or delays.
- Add content ideas to the board based on trends, audience feedback, and competitor analysis.
Analytics & Insights
- Track what's performing and what's not across platforms.
- Surface insights to help the team double down on what works.
Design & Production
- Create thumbnails, carousels, and visual assets from provided templates.
- Edit simple short-form videos using Instagram's Edit tool.
- Collaborate with the team to draft scripts, captions, and titles for review.
Community & Engagement
- Engage with the audience (reply to comments, DMs) or triage to the right person.
- Help grow the online community through proactive interaction.
Required Skills
- Are organized and can manage multiple platforms without things slipping.
- Have a basic eye for design using Canva (Figma proficiency is a plus).
- Can write clearly — you'll be drafting captions and titles.
- Are comfortable analyzing data across social media platforms.
- Are proactive — you spot opportunities, not just follow instructions.
- Have some familiarity with tech/engineering content (not required, but helpful).
