· Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field
· 1–3 years of relevant experience; internships or volunteer work in communications, media, or policy-related organizations are highly valued
· Demonstrated interest in policy, governance, research, or development communications
· Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
