• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create engaging content: photos, videos, social media posts, graphics, and more.
• Manage social media platforms and grow followers, engagement, enquiries, and bookings.
• Plan content calendars and write compelling captions and marketing copy.
• Support paid advertising campaigns and track performance.
• Engage with the community and promote the brand as a premium accommodation choice.

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (hospitality/real estate experience is an added advantage).
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Demonstrable portfolio of social media content, campaigns, videos, photography, or marketing projects.
• Strong creativity, communication, and analytical skills.
• Passion for hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and creating engaging content.
• Certifications (advantageous): Digital Marketing, Google Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation/Photography/Videography.
• Technical Skills: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube; Canva; CapCut or similar video editing tools; Adobe Creative Suite (advanced); Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager; Google Analytics & other analytics tools; Social media scheduling tools; Basic photography & videography; Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
