• Research and develop new menu items, flavours, and products.
• Improve, enhance, and monitor existing products.
• Gather customer insights through surveys, online research, food bloggers, and other sources.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.

• –3 years of experience; knowledge of food products is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter and a team player with high levels of drive and energy.
• Must possess a high level of integrity, determination, and personal commitment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
