Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Graduate Intern to support content creation, digital marketing execution, event support, and website performance monitoring across our digital channels.
This role is suited for a graduate who can write clearly, think creatively, and handle the end-to-end creation of short and long-form digital videos, while supporting email marketing, social media, events, and website optimisation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish digital content including blog posts, website updates, press releases, and social media copy
  • Contribute ideas for content themes, campaigns, and storytelling
  • Manage end-to-end production of short and long-form digital videos (planning, shooting, editing, captioning, and formatting) using tools like CapCut and Canva
  • Support social media management across WhatsApp, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, including scheduling, engagement monitoring, and DM support
  • Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including content upload, template design, scheduling, audience management, and performance tracking
  • Support paid digital campaigns and assist with campaign reporting alongside internal teams and external vendors
  • Assist with website management and audits, including content accuracy checks, basic SEO, UX issues, broken links, and performance gaps
  • Support SEO tasks and basic analytics using tools such as Google Analytics
  • Assist with marketing events and activations, including content preparation, live coverage, post-event content, and coordination support
  • Create presentation slides and marketing materials for internal and external communications

Required Skills

  • BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline
  • Must have completed the one-year NYSC programme
  • Strong writing skills with experience in blog, article, and press release writing
  • Creative mindset with interest in storytelling and content ideation
  • Proven ability to handle end-to-end creation of digital video content
  • Comfortable using email marketing platforms
  • Interest in website optimisation, analytics, and digital performance
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively. 

Tools and Platforms: Social media platforms, Canva, CapCut, Brevo or similar email marketing tools, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress or similar CMS, and SEO/website audit tools.

This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, video production, digital campaigns, events, and website optimisation within a growing organisation.
