The Marketing Manager will lead marketing activities, create and manage the monthly marketing calendar, plan campaigns, oversee content creation, and drive brand growth for a luxury wellness brand.

• Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Hybrid – Office: Monday to Thursday; Remote: Saturday)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: ₦250,000 monthly plus bonuses (negotiable for exceptional candidates with strong, proven experience)

• Create and manage the monthly marketing and social media calendar.
• Plan and execute campaigns for services, products, and offers.
• Oversee designers, content creators, and remote team members.
• Ensure content is filmed, edited, approved, scheduled, and posted on time.
• Maintain consistent brand colours, tone, and messaging.
• Review flyers, videos, captions, and campaigns before publication.
• Support with editing and other marketing tasks when needed.
• Track enquiries, engagement, campaign performance, and sales.
• Bring fresh ideas, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Provide weekly updates and ensure the team meets deadlines.

• Proven marketing and campaign experience.
• Strong understanding of weight management, wellness, and luxury branding.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong social media and content-planning skills.
• Able to manage people, multitask, and work proactively.
• Comfortable with basic video editing and reviewing creative work.
