• Generate quality loan opportunities and grow the bank's loan portfolio.
• Mobilize deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate customers.
• Market and promote electronic banking products, including POS, mobile banking, and internet banking.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned location.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business retention and growth.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer engagement activities.
• Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's operational policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other business development responsibilities as assigned by management.

• B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar marketing or business development role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in loan generation and deposit mobilization.
• Good knowledge of banking products and digital financial services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve business targets.
• Postgraduate qualifications and relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
