Job Title: Marketing Officer (Personal Loans)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Style: Hybrid (8:30am - 4:30pm, 4 days in the office, 1 day remote working)
Salary: ₦220,000 (Net) + Commission + Allowances (communication & transport)

• Market personal loan products to individuals and businesses
• Process and assess loan applications
• Evaluate clients' financial eligibility
• Structure repayment plans and prepare loan documentation
• Present loan proposals and communicate decisions
• Monitor repayments and maintain portfolio quality
• Grow and manage a strong client base

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing or related field
• 2–3 years' experience (Microfinance/Financial Institution preferred)
• Existing customer base for loan opportunities (Lagos Island/Mainland)
• Strong sales, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products and lending processes
• Must be based in Lagos
