Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Trainee under a Paid Mentorship program with a strong focus on Performance Marketing, Social Media, and AI-driven content creation to support our digital growth initiatives. This role is designed for candidates who already bring hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management, and want to accelerate their career through real execution, including the use of AI prompting to generate, optimize, and scale marketing outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Support execution and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics
  • Create and adapt social media content (captions, posts, hooks, short-form ideas) using AI prompting techniques
  • Develop and edit short-form video content using AI-powered tools (Reels, TikTok-style content)
  • Use AI prompting to generate content variations, ad copy, hooks, and creative concepts at scale
  • Collaborate on campaign strategy, targeting, and growth initiatives
  • Build basic reports, dashboards, and performance insights
  • Leverage AI tools and prompting workflows to streamline content creation, testing, and optimization

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics (mandatory — non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with AI video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Runway, Descript, or similar)
  • Practical experience using AI prompting for content creation, copywriting, or marketing workflows
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization
  • Experience creating short-form, high-engagement content
  • Strong execution, organization, and time management skills
  • English proficiency (professional level)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience building structured prompts for consistent content generation and testing
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automation, content scaling, or campaign ideation
  • Interest in growth marketing and paid media strategy
  • Ability to analyze content performance and iterate quickly
