We are developing a new digital platform and community and are seeking a Marketplace Growth Operator to help drive early adoption, onboard users, and support day‑to‑day engagement. This is a remote role open to candidates anywhere in Nigeria, with Lagos being a key market.

Job Title: Marketplace Growth Operator
Location: Remote (Nigeria – Lagos is a key market)
Employment Type: Part‑Time Contract
Compensation: Monthly retainer (competitive, part‑time) + Performance bonuses for verified user onboarding and engagement milestones + Additional incentives for hitting monthly growth targets

• Identify and join relevant online groups, forums, and communities
• Share platform information and attract interested users
• Pre‑screen and onboard new members using a structured process
• Maintain daily activity and engagement within the community
• Format and post updates using templates provided
• Track user interest, questions, and engagement patterns
• Provide weekly reports on growth and activity metrics

• Experience with online community management, outreach, or marketplace operations
• Strong written communication in English; ability to adapt tone depending on audience
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and similar platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
• High integrity and professionalism
• Experience with automotive parts, mechanical components, or technical goods is an advantage
