We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented **Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the building services industry. The ideal candidate must have strong technical and site exposure, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company effectively in technical meetings.

* Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical projects from initiation to completion
* Manage site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
* Prepare and review mechanical drawings, technical documents, and project reports
* Attend and contribute actively in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Monitor project timelines, materials, and workmanship quality on site
* Support procurement and ensure correct materials and equipment are delivered to site
* Ensure safety, quality control, and proper documentation throughout project execution
* Provide progress updates and technical feedback to management

• HND – Bsc Holder
• 3–4 years relevant experience in the building services industry
• Minimum of 2 years technical/site experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services such as HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related systems
• Must be well-spoken, confident, and able to attend and contribute in technical meetings
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate site execution effectively
• Proficient in word processing software(Microsoft Word or equivalent)
• Good organizational and reporting skills
