About the Company

Society Girl Capital (SGC) is a community and emerging investment firm for ambitious professional women building wealth through ownership. • Build and maintain SGC’s content calendar.
  • Develop recurring content series and formats around SGC’s core content pillars.
  • Plan campaigns around Salons, Wealth Workshops, investment content and other SGC initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to turn SGC’s work, member insights and conversations into compelling content.
  • Manage SGC’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence.
  • Support content for the Founder’s LinkedIn where relevant to SGC.
  • Write, create, schedule and publish social content in SGC’s voice.
  • Create content using SGC’s established templates and brand system.
  • Coordinate with photographers and event content creators to capture the right material from SGC programmes.
  • Turn programme recordings, photographs, speaker insights, testimonials and member stories into reusable content.
  • Manage comments, DMs and relevant community engagement across SGC channels.
  • Maintain an organised content and media library.
  • Run campaigns designed to drive membership applications and programme registrations.
  • Work with Community & Programmes to ensure upcoming programmes have clear campaign plans and sufficient promotional lead time.
  • Track how new members and attendees discover SGC.
  • Monitor content performance across reach, engagement, audience growth and conversion.
  • Identify which topics, formats and channels are producing meaningful results and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
  • Produce a simple monthly media performance review with recommendations for the following month.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, communications, marketing or a related field.
  • An excellent writer with a strong instinct for tone, storytelling and what makes people pay attention.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram and how content differs across the two platforms.
  • Comfortable creating attractive content within an existing visual system.
  • Commercially minded — you understand that good content should ultimately cause people to do something.
  • Able to take a rough idea, conversation or event and turn it into multiple useful pieces of content.
  • Curious about performance and willing to use data to improve your work.
  • Organised enough to maintain a publishing calendar while responding to what is happening in real time.
