A fast-growing Nigerian e-commerce business in the beauty and wellness industry is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join its team in Gbagada, Lagos.

• Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor ad performance, conversions, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Test different creatives, audiences and campaign strategies to improve results.
• Optimise campaigns and budgets based on performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive quality leads and delivered orders.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• 2+ years of experience in media buying/performance marketing.
• Proven experience running and scaling Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience in e-commerce, preferably pay-on-delivery, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with targets and performance-based metrics.
