EHA Clinics is a healthcare provider in Sangotedo, Lagos, seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform laboratory functions and support patient care.

• Perform phlebotomy on adults and children.
• Assist with various laboratory functions and maintain laboratory checklists.
• Operate automated hematology and chemistry analysers and other laboratory equipment.
• Label, sort, record, and track specimens.
• Perform laboratory inventory activities.
• Use Laboratory Information Management Systems for specimen tracking, results entry, and reporting.
• Identify and communicate abnormal results to appropriate medical personnel.
• Perform quality controls and monitor laboratory quality assurance procedures.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with patients and family members.

• Minimum qualification of Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from an accredited School of Health Technology.
• Up-to-date complete registration and practicing license.
• Certification from the Association of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSCN).
• At least 1-4 years of experience in a medical laboratory, hospital, or clinic.
• Relevant medical laboratory certification will be an added advantage.
