The Membership Drive Graduate Trainee will mobilize professionals, MSMEs, youth, and women to join NICA; represent NICA at events, schools, and corporate drives; and educate Nigerians on the power of credit and NICA professional certifications, working directly with NICA's Membership Services Department.

• Job Location: Lagos (Starting Lagos HQ – must live in Lekki, Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo Town, Victoria Island, Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, or nearby areas)
• Employment Type: Contract (3 Months, Immediate Start)
• Salary: ₦450,000 total (₦150,000 per month for 3 months)

NICA is a chartered prestigious body of eminent credit management elites, empowered by law to control, supervise, and regulate the credit management profession in Nigeria. The institute preserves, promotes, and protects the integrity and interests of credit business across sectors of the economy.

• Mobilize professionals in different fields, MSMEs, youth, and women to join NICA.
• Represent NICA at events, schools, and corporate drives.
• Educate Nigerians on the power of credit and NICA professional certifications.
• Work directly with NICA's Membership Services Department.

• HND/B.Sc. graduates with NYSC completed/discharge certificate.
• Excellent communication, hustle skills, and ability for sales/marketing.
• Age: 22–35 years.
• Must love people, targets, and productivity.
• Must live in Lekki, Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo Town, Victoria Island, Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, or other areas not far from Lagos Island.
• Must be ready and available to resume immediately if successful.
