• Preparation of project budget and forecast
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
• Preparation of Daily Progress Report, Milestone tracking, Reporting and Invoicing
• Joint Physical Site Measurement and reconciliation of quantities with Client Representative
• Prepare Material take-off (MTO) periodically for project Planning, Budgeting, and Control
• Verification of change order request/variation and Documentation
• Preparation of payment certificates for Sub-contractors
• Preparation of cost estimate and commercial tender
• Physical Measurement and reconciliation of quantities with Client representatives
• Establish and maintain quantity files on each activity of work performed on the project, Claims Verification, Validation, Follow up and Documentation
• Daily permit to work tracking and documentation
• Weekly Materials Report and Control
• Inform the Project Control Lead of any discrepancies in quantities associated with materials and labour
• Prepare and build up rates, follow up on the Work front status/Performance Report
• Arranging and Packaging of contract and other important documents during the pre-contract stage
• Follow up on Work front status/Performance Report

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years' Experience as a quantity Surveyor
• Minimum of 1 years' Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
• Understanding of electrical drawings and use of AutoCAD
• Advanced knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Office
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and confidence
• Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Good negotiation skills
