The Meristem Starlet Programme (MSP) 2027 is a highly selective graduate development programme designed for exceptional fresh graduates and early-career professionals. The programme combines structured learning, executive mentorship, hands-on work experience, and performance-driven development to prepare participants for successful careers and future leadership roles within Meristem.

• Provide wealth management and financial planning support to clients.
• Conduct investment research and develop tailored investment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Monitor investment portfolios and provide relevant performance insights and recommendations.
• Participate actively in structured learning sessions, mentorship programmes, and business projects.
• Contribute to solving real-world business challenges across the organization.
• Collaborate with teams and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.

• Be between 21 and 28 years old.
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university.
• Have 0–1 year of post-NYSC work experience, or be an early-career professional seeking structured career development.
• Demonstrate ambition, discipline, strong learning agility, and a willingness to take on challenging responsibilities.
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment.
