A fast-growing mini spa in Benin City is seeking a business-oriented Spa Manager to lead the team and drive growth.

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure top-tier service delivery
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, barbers, and stylists
• Drive sales, upsell services and packages, and meet monthly revenue targets
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Handle bookings, customer complaints, and maintain client retention
• Implement marketing initiatives to grow the client base
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are met at all times
• Prepare weekly sales and performance reports for management

• Minimum 3 years experience in spa, salon, or beauty business management
• Must be willing to relocate to Benin City if not already resident
• Business-oriented with proven ability to grow revenue and manage costs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of facials, nail tech, barbering, and hair styling operations is a plus
• Basic bookkeeping and computer literacy required
