Job Description

We are seeking experienced Modern Trade Executives to join our sales team across multiple locations: Abuja, Benin, and Enugu, Rivers, Ibadan. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and growing modern trade accounts in their assigned regions, executing sales strategies, and building strong retail partnerships to drive revenue growth.
 

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned location
- Build and maintain relationships with key modern trade outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.)
- Develop and implement customer-specific activation and account plans
- Monitor product availability, pricing, visibility, and in-store merchandising
- Track sales data, identify growth opportunities, and provide timely reports
- Resolve client issues and ensure top-notch customer service
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support trade execution
- Roll out monthly initiatives and promotions across assigned accounts
- Conduct regular store visits and retail audits

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with good market knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
