• Foundational Onboarding: Introduction to business, culture, and digital strategy.

• Rotations: Placement across different technical and commercial units to gain diverse experience.
• Real Project Assignments: Hands-on delivery of business-impacting technology projects.

• Performance Checkpoints: Quarterly reviews and development planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology-enabled projects.
• Gain exposure to leadership interactions and support with preparing technical briefs, progress updates, or presentations.
• Contribute to departmental and organizational activities and support IT operational tasks as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM fields.
• Must have completed NYSC (or be in the final stages of completion).

Experience:

• 0–2 years of post-NYSC experience.

Skills:

• Foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL).
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, debugging, testing, and version control (Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Introductory knowledge of systems, databases, cloud concepts, and IT infrastructure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.
• User-centric mindset and understanding of how technology supports business needs.
