• High-volume short-form video production: Reels, TikToks, Shorts.
• AI video generation and editing using Higgsfield (and equivalents: Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo).
• Direct-response creative: scroll-stopping hooks, retention editing, pattern interrupts, video built to sell, not just to look good.
• Claude/AI prompting to generate scripts, hooks, storyboards, shot lists, and video prompts at speed.
• Own the creative asset library and hit turnaround SLAs on ad-creative requests.

• ou have 3+ years producing short-form video at volume, ideally for DTC or performance-marketing brands.
• You are fluent in Higgsfield or a comparable AI video platform. This is not a "willing to learn" role; you already equipped with these tools.
• You are strong at AI prompting (Claude and others) and use it to move faster, not as a gimmick.
• You understand direct-response creative: hooks, angles, and edits that drive purchases, not art for art's sake.
• You read the data: you can look at a winning vs. losing advert and know why, and cut accordingly.
