Job Description

A global Investment group with business interest in the financial services, Insurance Brokers , Hospitality and Leisure development and management, Private equity Investment management, Book Publishing and Distribution, and Charity & Foundation, is hiring

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand and Communication Manager
- lead the development and execution of the group’s brand and communications strategy to strengthen market positioning, build trust, and support business growth.
- 5 - 8 years Experience in similar Role and Industry
- Strong stakeholders management and project leadership skills
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 500 - 700K monthly net

2. Finance Manager
- responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the financial operations of the group, and ensures effective financial management, regulatory compliance (NAICOM, FIRS, IFRS), accurate financial reporting, prudent cash flow management, and strategic financial support to management decision-making.
- Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (a Master degree is an advantage)
- Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA is highly desirable.
- 5–10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Salary Range: N500,000 – N700,000 (Net)

3. Internal Control Manager
- responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring an effective internal_control framework that ensures operational efficiency, financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. The role supports management and the Board in safeguarding assets, preventing fraud, and ensuring adherence to NAICOM guidelines, internal policies, and best practices.
- ·Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA is an added advantage.
- Salary Range: N500,000 – N700,000 (Monthly)
- · 5–10 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in an internal control, audit, or risk management role.

4. Compliance Analyst
- to handle the Internal and external Compliance functions of the company with hands-on experience in any financial service Institutions in Nigeria as a compliance officer.
- Minimum of first degree in Accounting or related field (with minimum of Second class upper for B.Sc. Holder / Upper Credit for HND Holders)
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA or its equivalent is optional
- 1 - 3 years Experience in the similar role in the financial Services industry.
- Salary Range: N250,000 – N300,000 (Monthly)
