Key Responsibilities

1) Admin Officer

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, filing, correspondence and record keeping
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, logistics and asset register
  • Support HR/admin documentation (attendance, staff records, memos)
  • Prepare basic reports, minutes and documentation support for projects
  • Support business growth by identifying potential clients/leads, updating client/contact database, and assisting with follow-ups, quotations and basic proposal documentation

2) Business Development & Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, market research, cold calls and referrals
  • Promote company services, manage marketing content and social media visibility
  • Prepare proposals, capability decks, company profile materials and presentations
  • Support tender activities (EOI, RFQ/RFP responses) and follow up submissions
  • Engage clients, schedule meetings/visits, and maintain strong relationships
  • Maintain client database, track leads, and submit weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Support branding activities, events and market intelligence reporting

3) Civil Engineers

Responsibilities

  • Supervise site activities and ensure work meets specifications/drawings
  • Coordinate artisans/subcontractors, materials and daily work plans
  • Conduct measurements, quality checks, progress reporting and as-built records
  • Ensure HSE compliance and support QA/QC documentation on site
  • Use/understand civil engineering software for design, drafting, and quantity take-off (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS, or similar)

4) Quantity Surveyor & Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, valuations, and payment applications
  • Take-off quantities from drawings and support tender/pricing documentation
  • Track project costs, variations, and support claims/final accounts
  • Source suppliers/vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices/terms
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and follow procurement approvals
  • Expedite deliveries, coordinate logistics, and ensure material availability for projects
  • Verify supplier documentation, invoices, and delivery notes; support cost control reports
  • Maintain supplier database and ensure procurement records are properly filed
