The Project Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Nigerian financial regulations.

•Degree in accounting, Finance, or related.
•Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and financial analysis.
•Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is required
•Minimum of 7 years of accounting or finance experience, within the Oil and gas/ construction, petrochemical, refinery Industry.
•Strong knowledge of IFRS / Nigerian GAAP (NAS) and asset accounting principles.

•Proven experience in spares inventory coordination/management within the Oil & Gas industry.

•Strong understanding of mechanical stream such as pumps, compressors, turbines, valves,etc, Piping, pipeline, rotating/static equipment, installation, commissioning, and operation.
•Good understanding of Oil & Gas industry standards, safety practices, and procedures.

Knowledge of cataloguing, inventory tracking, and inventory control processes.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
