We are expanding our team and currently recruiting for five (5) key roles across Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Partnerships.
📌 Open Positions:
1. Head of Sales and Partnerships (Hybrid – Full-Time)
Seeking a professional who will be accountable for leading ETAP’s sales strategy, expanding distribution channels, closing high-value B2B and fleet opportunities, and building partnerships that accelerate product adoption.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the [InsurTech, Fintech, and Insurance space].
2. Enterprise Sales Manager (Hybrid-Full-Time)
Drive large-scale revenue growth by closing high-value fleet and corporate deals. This role focuses on acquiring logistics, mobility, ride-hailing, and government fleets while managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, contracting, and account expansion.
Experience: 5 years of experience in Insurance or Tech sales, business development, or related roles.
3. Business Development Manager (Hybrid-Full-Time)
Drive ETAP’s B2B and ecosystem expansion by building high-value partnerships, unlocking new distribution channels, and accelerating adoption of our insurance and mobility products.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in insurance, mobility, fintech, or tech-driven business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales.
4. Head of Growth and Marketing (Hybrid-Full Time)
Own ETAP’s D2C acquisition engine and drive scalable, profitable growth across all paid and organic channels.
Experience: 5+ years in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5. Program Manager (Hybrid-Full Time)
Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and growth of ETAP’s agent ecosystem. You will lead recruitment at scale, build a world-class onboarding and training engine, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure high performance across thousands of agents nationwide.
Experience: 4–7 years of experience in agent management, channel operations, field sales, community management, or similar programs (fintech, insurance, telco, FMCG preferred).
