Position 1: Lash Tech Consultant and Fashion Social Media Manager
· Recommend styles based on client face/eye shape
· Create content and manage the social media page
· Upsell services (aftercare products, refills)
· Style shoots or coordinate outfits for content
Position 2: Customer Service Intern (NYSC)
· Follow up with customers on their orders
· Resolve customer challenges
Position 3: Hairstylist
· Style wigs
· Manage the social media page
Position 4: IT Personnel
· Organize website
· Upload products/services
· Fix website issues
· Run ads (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Email marketing, TikTok, Shopify)
· Track performance (clicks, sales, conversions)
· Ensure all platforms (site + social) are connected and running well
Position 5: Content Creator (Lifestyle Inclined)
· Shoot videos (TikTok, Reels, behind-the-scenes)
· Edit videos
· Come up with creative ideas
· Feature the brand in a lifestyle way (not boring ads)
Position 6: Social Media Manager/Marketer
· Create content that will bring in sales
· Handle DMs and the comment section of social media pages
· Work with content creators
Position 7: Order Management Personnel
· Print invoices, receipts, or order details
· Track orders and possibly coordinate delivery/pickup
