- An advanced university degree in Social Science, Demography, Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems, Statistics, Epidemiology, Health Education, or a relevant field
- Eight years of relevant professional work experience with field work experience in Nigeria
- Background/familiarity with data analytics and complex information management
- Experience in complex and large-scale data management
- Familiarity with different data analytics and visualization, and practical experience in the development of real monitoring dashboards using BI applications and other mobile application platforms like ODK
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & verbal) across multiple audiences
- High motivation and dedication to deliver results within strict timeframes
- Experience in overseeing large, decentralized teams
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of any of the three major local languages is an advantage
