Brilliant Computers is a professional IT services company dedicated to delivering quality technical support and solutions. The organization is seeking a Network Technician Level 1 to join its team on a contract basis.

• Troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment during field dispatches.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Handle low complexity installs, moves, repairs, uninstalls, site surveys, triage, vendor escort, rack and stack equipment, install/swap out network equipment including switches and routers.
• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Install, terminate, label, and test cabling related to telecom circuit demarcation extensions.
• Perform work professionally. Ability to place, connect, and activate telephone devices.
• Able to lift equipment weighing over 45 lbs.

• 1–3 years experience in network support or a similar role.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Windows server environments and Active Directory is an advantage.
