Program Structure:
· Rotation 1 (6 months): Functional Foundation in Nigeria
· Rotation 2 (6 months): Cross-Functional Assignment in Nigeria
· Rotation 3 (6 months): International Assignment
· Landing Role (18 months): Role within Nigerian Breweries
Available Graduate Tracks:
1. Commerce Track – For graduates interested in sales, marketing, customer strategy, commercial execution, brand growth, and market development. Eligible backgrounds: Social Sciences and related fields.
2. Finance Track – For graduates interested in corporate finance, accounting, business analysis, performance management, financial planning, and commercial finance. Eligible backgrounds: Accounting, Finance, and related fields.
3. Human Resources Track – For graduates interested in people management, talent development, recruitment, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR strategy. Eligible backgrounds: Social Sciences and related fields.
4. Supply Chain Track – For graduates interested in operations, engineering, production, manufacturing, logistics, quality, planning, and process improvement. Eligible backgrounds: Science, Technology, Engineering, and related fields.
